How to get this document (free, ~2 min)
  1. Go to OneMotoring (onemotoring.lta.gov.sg).
  2. Open the “Enquire PARF/COE Rebate” e-service (under Vehicle Hub / Digital Services).
  3. Log in with Singpass, or enter your vehicle number and access code from your road-tax notice.
  4. Enter your intended deregistration date and submit the enquiry.
  5. Save or print the result as a PDF, then upload it here.
