This is your estimated deregistration value, the cash LTA refunds if you scrap or export it. A dealer trade-in should normally beat this floor, because your car still has body and market value on top. Use it as your negotiation anchor: if an offer is below it, ask the dealer to justify the gap line by line. It is before any outstanding loan settlement, dealer margin and admin or disposal costs.

How your deregistration value works

PARF rebate is part of the ARF tax refunded, by age band and registration cohort. The Budget 2026 change cut the schedule to 30% down to 5% and the cap to $30,000 for cars on COEs from the Feb 2026 exercise.

COE rebate is the unused portion of your 10-year COE premium, prorated by LTA over 120 months. Total deregistration value is PARF rebate + COE rebate.

This tool is for cars on their original 10-year COE. Renewed-COE cars (5 or 10-year PQP), Category E, off-peak (OPC/ROPC) and cars exported within 2 years follow different rebate rules. Figures are estimates based on the figures you enter and your registration date; confirm the exact amount with an LTA OneMotoring PARF/COE rebate enquiry.
